I really enjoyed my stay here because it was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the food options were fantastic.

A fun stay for SIU visit. Pet-friendly hotel in a shopping area of Carbondale. The room was well-kept. The breakfast was great. Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Very friendly, knowledgeable people working here.

The setting is favourable and convenient, next to the mall, restaurants, and a grocery store and restaurants, shopping and SIU and a grocery store. Also, it's located 2 miles from Railroaders Memorial.

The location it offers is particularly good and top, near to shopping as well as the mall, restaurants, and a grocery store. Mcdonald's, where you can eat lunch, is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The awesome thing about this place was its fantastic location in a really cool area. I chose a room on the first level, which was a great choice! 🌟

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The hotel was absolutely great and in a central location. Popped in Chili's for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

The location of the hotel was great, being conveniently located near the airport and major highways. It was also surrounded by a variety of dining options and shops within walking distance. The room we stayed in had a spacious layout with plenty of room for us to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was a convenient feature.

We had a fun time staying at this hotel. The venue was wonderful, immaculately clean, in a shopping area. Central location was a plus. The room was beautifully maintained and well-kept, with 2 Queen beds, a jacuzzi, a pullout couch. The staff was knowledgeable, best all the time.

It was great that the king suite had a microwave oven and a fridge, and the location was so convenient being near the mall, grocery store, and lots of restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at Best Western. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The King Suite I booked was spacious and comfortable, with a super cozy bed. It was great for my family! The hotel was in the process of updating, and I saw some nice improvements already. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

Nice, clean hotel at a reasonable price and the breakfast is a nice plus.

We liked it convenience to Southern Illinois University, the price was reasonable, service was good and it was confortable.

There was a smoke smell in the hall ways and somewhat in our room that was very distastful to us non-smokers. It would be much better if there were no smoking rooms in the hotel. Also, the spa was not working.
